Sergeant Dylan Burch/451 - Serving Alfred Since 2013
Dylan graduated from the Chatauqua County Sheriff's Academy and was appointed as a full time officer in 2013. Dylan was promoted to the rank of Sergeant/Investigator in 2015 and took over all the investigative duties from Sergeant Griffith. Dylan's departmental assignments include supervising patrolman on daily operations and special assignments, warrant control officer, datamaster dmt supervisor, general topics instructor, bicycle patrol and field training Sergeant. Dylan has numerous certifications and specialized training to his credit. He also serves part-time with the Cuba Police Department. Dylan has an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Jamestown Community College.
Patrolman Ryan McKee/4514 - Serving Alfred Since 2010
Ryan graduated from the Southern Tier Law Enforcement Academy and was appointed as a full time officer in 2010. Ryan's departmental assigments include field training officer, bicycle patrol and evidence / property custodian.
Patrolman Brandon Austin/4512 - Serving Alfred Since 2013 to 2015 Part-Time/ 2015 Full-Time
Brandon was appointed as a part-time Patrolman in 2013; He worked full time for the Alfred University Public Safety Department and in March of 2015 he was appointed as a full-time police officer for the Village of Alfred. Brandon is a graduate of the Southern Tier Law Enforcement Academy (S.T.L.E.A.) in Corning N.Y.
Patrolman Christopher Lunn/454- Serving Alfred since 2015
Christopher graduated from the Chatauqua County Sheriff's Academy and was appointed as a full time officer in 2015. Christopher works part-time for the Cuba Police Department and Friendship Police Departments
John Dougherty/4513 - Serving Alfred Since 2002
Patrolman Charles Thompson/455 - Serving Alfred Since 2012
Chuck was re-appointed as a part-time Patrolman in 2012; He previously served as part-time Patrolman from 1990 - 2000. He retired as a Sergeant in 2012 from the Allegany County Sheriff's Office with over 30 years of service.

Mark was appointed as a part-time Patrolman in 2012. Mark is a graduate of the police acadmy somewhere.
Patrolman Matthew Lehman/459- Serving Alfred Since 2017
Matthew was appointed as a part-time Patrolman in April 2017 and is currently attending the Corning Police Academy.
Patrolman Jeremy Clawson/4515- Serving Alfred Since 2015
Jeremy was appointed as a part-time Patrolman in2015: Jeremy also serves as a part-patrolman for the Town of Cuba Police Department.
Patrolman Ashley Emo/457- Serving Alfred Since 2016
Ashley was appointed as a part-time Patrolman in 2016: Ashley is a graduate from Alfred State College with an Associates degree in Liberal Art and is a part-time patrolman with the Village of Bath NY. Ashley attended the Southern Tier Law Enforcement Academy in Corning NY and is also a Substitute Teacher for the Hornell BOCES Law Enforcement program.

Cody was appointed as a part-time Patrolman in2016: Cody also serves as a part-patrolman for the Village of Canisteo Police Department and the Village of Bath Police Department.
